Our International Adoption Evaluation program is headed by George Rogu M.D.

With the help of Dr. Rogu and the other members of Adoptiondoctors.com, Reichman, Brown, Kaplan M.D. P.C. is able to provide Comprehensive Post-Adoption Medical Evaluations in a private practice setting.
Many of our children range from being very young-- less than a year old – to 11 years of age. These children primarily immigrate from Russia, Eastern Europe, China and Central and South America. They bring with them unique and complex health, medical, developmental and psychological issues. The physician at RBK Pediatrics and Adoptiondoctors.com are knowledgeable about the unique medical and social conditions of children from other countries, is skilled in managing infectious diseases, and understands the developmental and psychological impact of institutionalization and sensory deprivation.
With the increase in international and domestic adoptions in the United States, the American Academy of Pediatrics recognizes that there is a need for medical service providers to address the special needs of these children. Our physicians are members of the American Academy of Pediatrics section on Adoption and Foster Care.
Services are generally covered under the child’s medical health care insurance.
