Insurance Information:

Reichman, Brown, Kaplan M.D. accepts most PPO, HMO insurance plans and will gladly bill your insurance company as a courtesy to you. Please be aware that all medical costs incurred are the patient's responsibility until the insurance company satisfies the bill. Additionally, it is the patient's responsibility to know what is and what is not covered under their policy.

Many plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of your visit. To make it as easy as possible for you, we accept cash, checks.

We also have trained in-house specialists who can answer many of your insurance questions. If you have any questions or if we can be of assistance to you on these issues, please feel free to contact at 631-499-4114 and ask to speak with the billing office.

Our practice participates with the following plans*. To find out if a particular physician or clinician participates with your plan, please contact our office or your insurance company. If you are on an HMO, please make sure you list us as your Primary Care Physician.
