On line E-Mail Communications

In our continuing effort to become more accessible to you and further accommodate our families who use the Internet, we now offer to patients a means for communicating with us through email. Use of email is for routine activities, problems, questions, follow-up and supportive care. It is not for emergency and urgent care.

RBK-Pediatrics is already a leader in providing online eServices for appropriate situations and problems. We have partnered with the communication portal realyhealth.com. We expect to expand this service so that it can substitute for a visit in certain situations.
There will be a charge for this "Web-Visits" when it substitutes for an office visit, and slowly it is becoming something that insurance companies are reimbursing doctors for. There will not be a charge for communicating with the office over administrative matters over email.
