During Regular Business hours:

In the event of a life threatening emergency or serious accident, always take your child to the nearest emergency room.  Our physicians have privileges at Good Samaritan Medical Center, Southside Hospital and St. Catherine’s of Sienna. If your child is experiencing an emergency and you cannot get through on our phone line, or beeper service, please proceed to Good Samaritan Medical Center.
You are encouraged to call with any medical concerns.  Our staff has been trained to answer many of your questions.  If you need to speak with a doctor or a nurse during office hours, please be prepared to leave a phone number where you can be reached, and your call will be returned at the earliest opportunity.  Urgent calls will have first priority.  Kindly have the phone number of your pharmacy available. If you want a quicker response to your question please do not specify a particular doctor. If you request a particular doctor to call you back, then that physician will on the next day that he returns to the office.

One of our physicians is on call 24 hours per day and may be reached by calling our office number, 631-499-4114.  The recording will give you the correct information to assist you in handling your after hours calls, including how we may be reached in the event of an emergency
